Description

Lazy Girl Pasta is a simple, flavorful dish perfect for a quick weeknight meal. It uses pantry staples and requires minimal effort.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup pasta water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water before draining.
  2. While pasta cooks, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add drained pasta to the skillet with the garlic butter. Toss to coat.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese and pasta water. Toss until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
