Description

Make these loaded sheet pan nachos for a crowd-pleasing appetizer or easy dinner. Customize with your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large sheet pan.
  3. Top with cooked ground beef, black beans, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven and top with jalapeños, red onion, and cilantro.
  6. Serve immediately with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.

Notes

  • For spicier nachos, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the ground beef while cooking.
  • You can substitute ground turkey or shredded chicken for the ground beef.
