- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large sheet pan.
- Top with cooked ground beef, black beans, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with jalapeños, red onion, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
Notes
- For spicier nachos, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the ground beef while cooking.
- You can substitute ground turkey or shredded chicken for the ground beef.
