Description

Prepare a simple and flavorful lobster tail dish perfect for holidays or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut a slit lengthwise down the center of each lobster tail shell, being careful not to cut through the meat. Gently lift the lobster meat and place it on top of the shell.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
  5. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, broil the lobster tails for the last 1-2 minutes of cooking.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and your favorite sides.
