- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, oil-packed, drained and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in fresh basil.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
- Serve hot with baguette slices, crackers, or vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add more red pepper flakes.
- If you don’t have fresh basil, you can use 1 teaspoon of dried basil.
- You can use a rotisserie chicken instead of sun-dried tomatoes for a ‘Marry Me Chicken Dip’ variation. Shred about 1 cup of cooked chicken and add it to the mixture.
