This meatloaf recipe combines ground beef with Stove Top stuffing for a flavorful and easy dinner.

- 1.5 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 box (6 oz) Stove Top Stuffing Mix
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup Onion, chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Stove Top stuffing mix, milk, ketchup, egg, onion, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a moister meatloaf, add an extra 1/4 cup of milk.
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for ground beef.
- Add a glaze of ketchup and brown sugar during the last 15 minutes of baking for added sweetness.
