Description

This meatloaf recipe combines ground beef with Stove Top stuffing for a flavorful and easy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 box (6 oz) Stove Top Stuffing Mix
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Stove Top stuffing mix, milk, ketchup, egg, onion, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For a moister meatloaf, add an extra 1/4 cup of milk.
  • You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for ground beef.
  • Add a glaze of ketchup and brown sugar during the last 15 minutes of baking for added sweetness.
