- 6 jalapeños, halved and seeded
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 12 small black olives, sliced
- 1 package (8 count) crescent roll dough
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and bacon.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and cut into thin strips.
- Wrap strips around each jalapeño to resemble mummy wrappings, leaving a space for the eyes.
- Place two olive slices on each popper for eyes.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
