- Food Coloring (Red, Blue, Green, Yellow)
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Ginger, grated
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- Optional toppings: Sesame Seeds, Green Onions, Chili Flakes
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Divide cooked noodles into separate bowls based on the number of colors you want.
- Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and mix well until noodles are evenly coated.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, ginger, and garlic.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan or wok.
- Add colored noodles to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour sauce over noodles and stir-fry for another minute until well combined.
- Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, and chili flakes (optional).
