Ingredients

  • Food Coloring (Red, Blue, Green, Yellow)
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. Divide cooked noodles into separate bowls based on the number of colors you want.
  3. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and mix well until noodles are evenly coated.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, ginger, and garlic.
  5. Heat cooking oil in a pan or wok.
  6. Add colored noodles to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
