Description

No Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake Balls are a simple and delicious fall treat. You can make these with few ingredients and minimal effort.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  5. In a shallow dish, combine graham cracker crumbs and chopped pecans (if using).
  6. Roll each ball in the crumb mixture until fully coated.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
