- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- In a shallow dish, combine graham cracker crumbs and chopped pecans (if using).
- Roll each ball in the crumb mixture until fully coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute other nuts for pecans.
- You can use chocolate wafers instead of graham crackers.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
