- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Nutella
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the banana.
- Add oats, milk, egg, Nutella, baking powder, and salt to the bowl.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into an oven-safe dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less Nutella.
- Top with extra Nutella, fresh fruit, or nuts after baking.
- For a vegan option, replace the egg with a flax egg (1 tbsp flaxseed meal mixed with 3 tbsp water).
