- 4 slices of Bread
- 2 slices of Cheese
- 2 slices of Ham
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Melt butter in a non-stick pan.
- Whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
- Pour eggs into the pan.
- Place bread slices on top of the egg.
- Add cheese and ham on two bread slices.
- Flip the egg and bread.
- Fold the bread slices with fillings together.
- Cut and serve immediately.
