Description

Make a quick and easy One-pan egg breakfast sandwich for a comforting and beautiful meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 slices of Bread
  • 2 slices of Cheese
  • 2 slices of Ham
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a non-stick pan.
  2. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour eggs into the pan.
  4. Place bread slices on top of the egg.
  5. Add cheese and ham on two bread slices.
  6. Flip the egg and bread.
  7. Fold the bread slices with fillings together.
  8. Cut and serve immediately.
