Enjoy delicious peach pie cruffins. This recipe combines the flakiness of a croissant with the sweetness of peach pie.

- 1 package (14.1 ounces) refrigerated croissant dough
- 2 cups peeled and diced fresh peaches
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, combine peaches, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon.
- Unroll croissant dough and separate into triangles.
- Spoon peach mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the point.
- Brush each cruffin with melted butter.
- Place cruffins in the prepared muffin tin.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Use canned peaches if fresh peaches are not available. Drain well before using.
- Add a pinch of nutmeg to the peach mixture for extra flavor.
- Store leftover cruffins in an airtight container at room temperature.
