Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a pie dish.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool completely.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Gently fold in whipped topping.
  6. Pour filling into the cooled crust.
