- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

- 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2–4 tablespoons hot water (to thin sauce)

Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Add hot water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
- Pour sauce over cooked noodles and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately, garnished with your favorite toppings.
