Description

Create cute and romantic pink velvet cake pops, perfect for Valentine’s Day or any party. These shareable treats are easy to make and Pinterest-worthy.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box pink velvet cake mix
  • 1 can cream cheese frosting
  • 1 package pink candy melts
  • Lollipop sticks
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Bake the pink velvet cake according to package directions. Let cool completely.
  2. Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl.
  3. Mix in the cream cheese frosting until well combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Melt the pink candy melts according to package directions.
  6. Dip the tip of a lollipop stick into the melted candy and insert into a cake ball.
  7. Dip each cake pop into the melted candy, covering completely.
  8. Add sprinkles before the candy coating sets.
  9. Place the cake pops in a stand or on parchment paper to harden.
