Description

Turn leftover mashed potatoes into delicious potato cakes. This recipe is easy, quick, and perfect for a comforting side dish or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions
