- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 ounces chocolate, melted
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and pumpkin puree until smooth.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate.
- Place on parchment paper and refrigerate until set.
Notes
- You can use white chocolate, dark chocolate, or milk chocolate.
- Add chopped nuts or sprinkles.
- Store in the refrigerator.
