- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour filling into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
Notes
- For a smoother pie, use a blender to mix the filling ingredients.
- If the crust edges begin to brown too quickly, cover them with foil.
- You can use a store-bought graham cracker crust for a no-bake version.
