Make festive Pumpkin Pie Rice Krispies for a delightful fall treat. These no-bake bars combine classic Rice Krispies with pumpkin spice flavors.

- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 10 oz marshmallows
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- White chocolate for drizzle (optional)
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Stir in pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Remove from heat and add Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until evenly coated.
- Press mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Let cool completely.
- Drizzle with melted white chocolate (optional).
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Use fresh marshmallows for best results.
- Grease your pan and spatula to prevent sticking.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
