Description

Make festive Pumpkin Pie Rice Krispies for a delightful fall treat. These no-bake bars combine classic Rice Krispies with pumpkin spice flavors.


Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 10 oz marshmallows
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • White chocolate for drizzle (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  3. Stir in pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Remove from heat and add Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until evenly coated.
  5. Press mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  6. Let cool completely.
  7. Drizzle with melted white chocolate (optional).
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
