Description

Create these charming raspberry cream pop-tarts, ideal for Valentine’s Day celebrations or delightful party snacks. Their pink aesthetic makes them perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 1 box pie crusts
  • 1 cup raspberry jam
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Pink food coloring (optional)
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll pie crusts and cut into rectangles.
  3. Spread raspberry jam on half of the rectangles, leaving a small border.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until smooth. Add pink food coloring if desired.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture over the jam.
  6. Top with the remaining pie crust rectangles and crimp edges with a fork.
  7. Cut a small slit in the top of each pop-tart.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool and decorate with sprinkles.
