- 1 cup raspberry jam
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Pink food coloring (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll pie crusts and cut into rectangles.
- Spread raspberry jam on half of the rectangles, leaving a small border.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until smooth. Add pink food coloring if desired.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over the jam.
- Top with the remaining pie crust rectangles and crimp edges with a fork.
- Cut a small slit in the top of each pop-tart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool and decorate with sprinkles.
