Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot.
