Description

Salmon Ochazuke is a comforting Japanese dish. Enjoy a quick and flavorful meal with cooked rice, salmon, and hot green tea.


Ingredients

  • 4 oz cooked salmon, flaked
  • 2 cups hot green tea (or dashi)
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Optional toppings: nori flakes, sesame seeds, wasabi

Instructions

  1. Place cooked rice in a bowl.
