Quick and easy salmon recipe with a rich garlic lemon butter sauce.

- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
- Place salmon fillets in the skillet with the sauce.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a touch of heat.
- Serve with roasted vegetables or rice.
- Garnish with extra parsley and lemon wedges.
