Description

Quick and easy salmon recipe with a rich garlic lemon butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
  5. Place salmon fillets in the skillet with the sauce.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
