Description

Make these easy sheet pan nachos for a crowd. They’re loaded with toppings and perfect for parties.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (15 ounces) refried beans
  • 1 jar (16 ounces) salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, jalapenos, chopped tomatoes, green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large sheet pan.
  3. Top with ground beef, black beans, and refried beans.
  4. Spoon salsa over the beans and meat.
  5. Sprinkle with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and add your favorite toppings.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For spicier nachos, add a can of diced tomatoes and green chilies.
  • You can substitute ground beef with shredded chicken or pulled pork.
  • Adjust the amount of toppings to your liking.
