- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 jar small mozzarella balls
- Black olives, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and form into small meatball shapes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Thread a mozzarella ball and a meatball onto each skewer.
- Top each mozzarella ball with a slice of black olive to resemble an eyeball.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
