- 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
- Black olives, sliced
Instructions
- Blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a food processor until smooth.
- Slice cucumber into thick rounds.
- Spread hummus on each cucumber slice.
- Garnish with red bell pepper strips and sliced black olives to resemble snakes.
- Serve immediately.
