Enjoy these slithering hummus bites, a fun and flavorful snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • Black olives, sliced

Instructions

  1. Blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Slice cucumber into thick rounds.
  3. Spread hummus on each cucumber slice.
  4. Garnish with red bell pepper strips and sliced black olives to resemble snakes.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust lemon juice and garlic to your taste.
