Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese, quartered
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle chips
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Form ground beef into 8 small, thin patties. Season with salt and pepper.
