Description

Spider sliders are small, flavorful burgers perfect for parties or a quick meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Cheese slices
  • Pretzel sticks
  • Black olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well and form into small slider patties.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. Place cheese slices on top of the patties and let melt.
  6. Assemble sliders on buns.
  7. Insert pretzel sticks into the sides of each slider to resemble spider legs.
  8. Add sliced black olives as spider eyes.
