Description
Make a strawberry boba drink, a dessert idea for Valentine’s Day or parties. This treat is shareable and Pinterest-worthy.

- 1/2 cup tapioca pearls
- 4 cups water, divided
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled
- 1/2 cup milk
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Add tapioca pearls and cook for 5 minutes, stirring.
- Drain the pearls and rinse with cold water.
- In the same saucepan, combine the cooked pearls, brown sugar, and 1/2 cup of water. Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Blend strawberries with the remaining 1 1/2 cups of water until smooth.
- In a glass, add the brown sugar boba mixture, strawberry puree, milk, and ice cubes. Stir and serve.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
- Use any type of milk based on your preference.
