- 6 ounces frozen strawberries
- 3 ounces white rum
- 1.5 ounces lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- Lime wedge, for garnish
Instructions
- Add frozen strawberries, rum, lime juice, and simple syrup to a blender.
- Blend until smooth. If the daiquiri is too thick, add a splash of water or lime juice to reach your desired consistency.
- Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
- For a thicker daiquiri, use more frozen strawberries.
- Adjust the amount of simple syrup to your desired sweetness.
- If you don’t have simple syrup, you can use 1 tablespoon of sugar.
