Instructions

- Stop stirring and let the mixture boil until it reaches a light amber color (hard crack stage 300°F or 150°C).
- Quickly dip each strawberry skewer into the hot sugar syrup, coating evenly.
- Optional: Sprinkle with sesame seeds immediately after dipping.
- Place skewers on a greased surface or parchment paper to cool and harden.
- Enjoy immediately for the best crunch.
