- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 4 oz sliced mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (onions, peppers, mushrooms)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well with your hands until evenly combined.
- On a baking sheet or in a loaf pan, spread half of the meat mixture.
- Layer mozzarella cheese slices and chopped vegetables over the meat.
- Cover with the remaining meat mixture, sealing the edges.
- Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
