Description

Ingredients

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, melted butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Spread sweet potato mixture in a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle pecans over the top.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until sweet potatoes are tender.
