- 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, melted butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Spread sweet potato mixture in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle pecans over the top.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until sweet potatoes are tender.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- You can adjust the amount of brown sugar and maple syrup to your preference.
- For a smoother texture, mash the sweet potatoes after baking.
- Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.
