- Mix sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the apples.
- Drizzle melted butter over the apples and pastry.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Heat apple jelly or apricot jam until melted, then brush over the tart for a glaze.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
