- 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brush salmon fillets with olive oil.
- In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Press bread crumb mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet.
- Place salmon on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
- Adjust baking time based on salmon thickness.
- For a spicier crust, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
