Description

Ingredients

  • 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil.
  4. In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Press bread crumb mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet.
  6. Place salmon on the prepared baking sheet.
