- 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can (7.5 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, onion, peas and carrots, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and arrange on top of the chicken mixture.
- Brush biscuits with melted butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese to the chicken mixture for extra flavor.
