Description

Make Vietnamese Rice Paper Pizza, a viral and trending snack. This easy recipe combines crispy rice paper with your favorite pizza toppings for a quick and fun meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 sheets of Vietnamese rice paper
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sliced pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon chopped bell peppers
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes for spice

Instructions

  1. Wet two sheets of rice paper with water. Stack them on a plate.
  2. Repeat with the remaining two sheets.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Place the stacked rice paper in the skillet.
  5. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the rice paper softens.
  6. Flip the rice paper and cook for another minute.
  7. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the rice paper.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and bell peppers on top.
  9. Season with dried oregano and red pepper flakes, if desired.
  10. Cover the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve immediately.
