- 4 sheets of Vietnamese rice paper
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons sliced pepperoni
- 1 tablespoon chopped bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Optional: Red pepper flakes for spice
Instructions
- Wet two sheets of rice paper with water. Stack them on a plate.
- Repeat with the remaining two sheets.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Place the stacked rice paper in the skillet.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until the rice paper softens.
- Flip the rice paper and cook for another minute.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the rice paper.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and bell peppers on top.
- Season with dried oregano and red pepper flakes, if desired.
- Cover the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve immediately.
