Description

These White Cheddar & Spinach Chicken Burgers are a healthier alternative to beef burgers. They are packed with flavor and easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 burger buns

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, spinach, white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Preheat grill or skillet to medium heat.
  5. Cook burgers for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Serve on burger buns with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • You can use frozen spinach, but make sure to thaw it and squeeze out excess water before using.
