These White Cheddar & Spinach Chicken Burgers are a healthier alternative to beef burgers. They are packed with flavor and easy to make.

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 burger buns
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, spinach, white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium heat.
- Cook burgers for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve on burger buns with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- You can use frozen spinach, but make sure to thaw it and squeeze out excess water before using.
- For a spicier burger, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Serve with a side salad or sweet potato fries for a complete meal.
