Description

Yogurt bark is a simple and delicious frozen treat. It’s perfect for a healthy snack or dessert. Customize it with your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the mixed berries, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut over the yogurt.
  5. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until solid.
  6. Break the frozen yogurt bark into pieces and serve immediately.
