Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the mixed berries, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut over the yogurt.
- Freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until solid.
- Break the frozen yogurt bark into pieces and serve immediately.

- For a vegan version, use a plant-based yogurt alternative and maple syrup.
