- 1/4 cup cold water

Instructions
- Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Heat the mixture in the microwave for 30 seconds, or until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
- In a separate bowl, mix yogurt with sweetener (if using).
- Pour the gelatin mixture into the yogurt and stir until well combined.
- Add fruit (if using).
- Pour the mixture into molds or a container.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
