Description

Yogurt Jello is a simple, high-protein dessert. It combines yogurt and gelatin for a creamy, chilled treat. Perfect for a quick snack or a light dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 packet (0.25 oz) gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • Optional: Sweetener to taste (honey, stevia)
  • Optional: Fruit (berries, diced fruit)

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  2. Heat the mixture in the microwave for 30 seconds, or until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt with sweetener (if using).
  4. Pour the gelatin mixture into the yogurt and stir until well combined.
  5. Add fruit (if using).
  6. Pour the mixture into molds or a container.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetener to your preference.
  • Use different flavors of yogurt for variety.
  • For a smoother texture, strain the yogurt before mixing.
